Christina is a lawyer in our Wills & Estates Team. Christina’s background has been in financial planning, having worked for 6 years in a company specialising in financial and tax planning advice to retirees prior to joining Aitken Partners.  With her knowledge of superannuation and investments Christina provides a practical and efficient approach when acting for legal personal representatives in applications for grants of representation and estate administration. 

Christina deals with a variety of matters including the preparation of Wills and Power of Attorney documents, applications for Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration and applications for reseals of Foreign Grants.  

Christina is also experienced in assisting legal personal representatives in the administration of estates, including redeeming investments, transfering assets and the transfer and sale of both listed and unlisted securities.
