Denis Dalton joined Aitken Partners in January 2012 with the integration of DSC Lawyers. He was formerly a a partner of DSC Lawyers from the mid-1970s until April 2007. 

With formal qualifications in law, accounting and economics and with specialist practical training and experience in income tax, Denis is well-qualified to advise clients in relation to both commercial and private law.

Denis is not only admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria but is also a Certified Practising Accountant.   He graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1967 and with a Bachelor of Laws in 1973.  In addition to practising within the legal industry, he spent approximately thirteen years working at the Australian Taxation Office.
