Making ends meet
We recently acted for a wife who was struggling to makes ends meet pending the final resolution of the parties' financial arrangements post-divorce. We were able to persuade the Judge to aid our client at least until the matter is finally decided & possibly for some time afterwards.
So if you are struggling and the other party in your separation has the ability to assist, but won't, a carefully crafted interim application for spousal maintenance is worth persuing.
We have the specialists to help you just as we did with this client.
Our client obtained the sole use of the former matrimonial home, with an Order that her husband pay the mortgage, school fees, health insurance and $800 per week.
