Yan Yean Road Panel Hearing

A Panel hearing was conducted between 6 and 8 February 2012, listening to the concerns of residents. In the meantime, it is imperative residents and any prospective vendors/purchasers in the area obtain advice about the effect of the proposed Public Acquisition Overlay for the Yan Yean Road duplication.

VicRoads published the panel report on its website.

VicRoads is preparing a recommendation to the Minister for Planning as to a final decision on Amendment C67.

Michael Dunn of Metropol Planning, who represented some residents at the panel hearing, led a discussion group last week in which residents were able to discuss and ask questions about the Panel Report.
