Angela practises within our Dispute Resolution and Workplace Relations teams.

Angela is an experienced litigator with expertise in negotiation, mediation and litigation, and all other tools required to advise clients and assist them in the resolution of their disputes.

She is skilled in advising on and preparing documentation pertaining to employment law contracts and policies.

Angela is experienced in acting for both employers and employees in workplace disputes including representing clients in unlawful and unfair dismissal applications, discrimination claims, and complaints in relation to equal opportunity.

A member of the Employment Law Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria, Angela continues to monitor changes within the Australian employment law landscape.
