With over thirty years’ experience Colin is highly experienced in complex property issues.

He has worked on an extensive range of property matters in varying industries from retirement villages and aged care facilities to farming properties. He has acted for both commercial and private clients in the sale and purchase of commercial and residential developments and other major projects.

Colin is especially proficient in advising commercial clients on mortgage and security matters. He also has experience in preparing and advising on guarantees and often advises clients on finance structuring issues in conjunction with our financial planning team.
