Julie practises primarily in the areas of commercial dispute resolution, employment and industrial law. Whilst the bulk of her work is litigious in nature, she also works on a variety of general commercial matters.

Julie largely acts for small to medium enterprises and private individuals across a range of industries. She has a particular interest in equal opportunity matters, specifically discrimination and sexual harassment as well as employment law generally. Julie recently obtained for a client the highest award in Victoria for a sexual harassment matter.

With an extensive working background as a school teacher, with the Australian Defence Force and with the Hyundai Hopman Cup in Perth in a marketing and public relations role since 2000, Julie's considerable life and work experience outside the legal profession render her well equipped to advise clients beyond the legal aspects of the issues that may confront them.
