A member of our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, Lariss predominantly practises in general commercial litigation.

She has extensive experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including involvement in a number of large scale commercial proceedings including intricate contractual disputes. Her experience ranges across courts in State and Federal jurisdictions.

Lariss has a particular interest in compulsory acquisition of land and has acted on behalf of land holders in several complex claims that not only involve compensation for the land acquired, but also for any business losses caused by the acquisition.
