Ric has extensive expertise across a broad spectrum of commercial transactions and issues. He has been involved in a significant number of successful mergers, acquisitions and disposals; including the due diligence processes, negotiations, documentation and finalisation of these transactions.

Ric prides himself on maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and gaining an understanding of their businesses so that he can look at all issues for his clients with a wide lens.

Ric has a significant involvement in the Aged Care and Retirement Living industry and Not for Profit (charitable) operations but his experience extends across a range of other industries.
