Stephen has been in practice for over 25 years, and has a solid background in resolving commercial disputes and commercial law generally. His experience and general commercial skills enable him to provide constructive advice to assist clients in achieving favourable outcomes in the formation, interpretation and enforcement of their commercial contracts.

Stephen is a qualified mediator with extensive experience and expertise in workplace and employment law, areas in which he has acted for both Government and private enterprise in both Federal and State Courts.

Stephen has a particular interest in the transport and logistics industry and acts for a number of Australian transport entities across the broad range of their business issues, including commercial, contractual, employment and litigious.
