Since 1994 Andrew has been accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a specialist in commercial litigation. He is a skilled negotiator who focuses on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients in a broad range of commercial and contractual disputes.

Andrew is conscious that disputes can have dramatic effects on businesses and individuals. He endeavours to resolve disputes as quickly and cost effectively as possible. If a difficult matter cannot be resolved by negotiation, then Andrew is well experienced in conducting trials in all jurisdictions.

Andrew has considerable expertise in the area of compulsory acquisition, working to obtain fair and just compensation for clients who have had land and other assets acquired by Government authorities. Andrew also has a particular interest in family businesses.
