John is an accredited specialist in Property Law and Tax Law.

With more than 30 years' as a lawyer, John practises extensively in property development and investment. He is particularly experienced in matters that relate to large commercial property developments, building and construction law, company acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

John has a unique mix of skills, being an accredited specialist in both property and taxation law. His in-depth knowledge of taxation law is a valuable complement to his property and commercial experience, enabling him to advise clients on CGT, stamp duty, GST and other taxation related issues.

John is widely recognised for his expertise in relation to structuring and negotiating major commercial transactions and applying the most tax-effective approach.

John acts for a range of clients including entrepreneurs, small to medium businesses and corporations.
