Michael was a welcome addition to the firm when he joined us in January 2008 after working in an in-house role with a large public company. Having worked in the public and private sectors, Michael has an understanding of the mechanisms and the different needs and requirements associated with working with both sectors.

Michael has experience in handling a cross section of transactions ranging from the more complex to the less complicated and he understands that, regardless of the size of the transaction, each is as important to the client. Michael understands the importance of knowing his clients' businesses and their commercial imperatives.
