Stephen is head of our Property team.

For over twenty five years Stephen has provided advice in property and commercial law matters for a wide variety of clients. His clients range from large Australian privately owned companies to smaller family businesses, high net worth individuals, professional service companies and Not for Profit (charitable) organisations.

Stephen has particular expertise in large and complex property ventures, including developments combining golf courses and residential subdivisions. He also has considerable experience and expertise in purchases and sales of commercial and residential "off the plan" properties, and also Owners Corporation (body corporate) issues.

Stephen has long standing relationships with many clients, where he works closely with clients' accountants to achieve the most favourable commercial and legal outcomes.
