Aitken Partners’ Melbourne lawyers have a broad base of expertise across a range of commercial, property, litigious and regulatory fields. We have eleven principals and 25 other professional staff, many of whom are Accredited Specialists in their fields (including commercial law, property, taxation, Wills & Estates, commercial litigation, and family law).

We encourage everyone in our team to continually expand and enhance their skills through ongoing training and professional development initiatives. We have a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program in place that encourages our staff to become involved in their communities and we have several formal arrangements in place with bodies that we support.

We run risk audits across a range of areas – such as taxation, employment, and governance – and from each audit, we work with our clients to ensure all legal and business risks are minimized.

We also understand that we do not know everything and some advice is best delivered by those with expertise outside the law and we have developed a network trusted other professionals such as barristers, valuers, accountants, liquidators, and financial planners to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
