Georgia Agar has worked on a range of family law property matters including complex property proceedings involving high net worth families, trusts and company structures. Her background in commercial litigation enables Georgia to bring a commercial approach to complex matters.

Family law matters involving children can often be emotional. Georgia’s experience in dealing with children’s matters means she can assist you in putting your best foot forward in an understanding and compassionate environment. Georgia has been involved with parenting cases involving children on the airport watch list and other international parenting matters.

Georgia also has extensive experience in dealing with criminal law matters including family violence intervention orders as well as both indictable and summary offenses at all state court levels. She has been involved in preparing for and running criminal trials and appeals as well as pleas in mitigation of sentence.

Georgia is also a Registered Migration Agent (1808082) and is able to deal with a wide variety of matters from the most straight forward to the most complex. Georgia’s business clients rely on her to formulate migration solutions that help them with short/long term labour shortages.
