Experience
Andrew is a Principal Lawyer in Aitken Partners' Commercial Litigation team, bringing more than 20 years of legal experience, including seven years as a Partner.
Andrew advises businesses, company directors, shareholders, partners, employers and professionals across a broad range of complex commercial disputes. He is known for his strategic and results-focused approach, working closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and develop practical solutions to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
He has extensive experience managing matters in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, regularly appearing in complex litigation, urgent applications and high-value commercial disputes. Andrew also has significant experience obtaining urgent injunctive relief and representing clients in matters where immediate action is required to protect business interests.
In addition to his litigation practice, Andrew has a strong background in insolvency and corporate governance matters, advising businesses, directors and insolvency practitioners on a wide range of legal and commercial issues.
Andrew is fluent in Italian and Russian and has a working knowledge of French. He has previously advised clients from a range of international backgrounds and is able to assist clients who prefer to communicate in these languages.
