Andrew is a highly experienced commercial litigator with more than 20 years in practice, including 7 years as a Partner.
He brings extensive expertise in partnership disputes, joint venture disputes, Corporations Law matters, oppression proceedings, employment-related disputes including restraints of trade and professional negligence claims across all jurisdictions in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Andrew also has significant experience obtaining urgent injunctive relief for clients across those jurisdictions.
In addition, Andrew has a strong background in insolvency matters and has acted in some of the largest liquidators' examinations.
He has considerable corporate governance experience, not only through advising clients in this area, but also through serving on committees of various clubs and organisations over many years.
Andrew is fluent in Italian and Russian and has a good workable knowledge of French and has previously advised clients from those countries.
