Genevieve is a Melbourne-based wills and estates lawyer who advises individuals, executors, beneficiaries and families across estate litigation, probate and estate administration matters.
Genevieve practises exclusively in wills and estates law and has experience advising clients in relation to family provision claims, will validity disputes, complex probate applications, estate administration and superannuation disputes. Prior to her admission as a lawyer, she gained extensive experience as a paralegal in a specialist estate litigation team, assisting across a broad range of complex estate disputes.
She is known for her practical and compassionate approach, recognising that wills and estates matters often arise during some of life's most challenging circumstances. Genevieve works closely with clients to provide clear advice and pragmatic solutions, guiding them through the legal process with clarity and confidence.
Genevieve holds a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. She was admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria in May 2025.
