Helen has worked in the property industry for 28 years, the first 11 years practising as a Certified Valuer within the private sector, and the last 17 years consulting to various government authorities, acquiring land by compulsory process for major infrastructure projects.
Her expertise lies in the compulsory acquisition of land for major infrastructure projects, backed by a comprehensive understanding of the Valuation of Land Act 1960 and the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986.
Known for her attention to detail and strong communication and negotiation skills, Helen also brings with her a broad understanding of Government process which will be used to help guide Aitken clients through the complexities of the acquisition and compensation process.
In her spare time, Helen enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with family and friends.
