Imogene Hage Nebyl is a Melbourne-based lawyer in Aitken Partners' Wills & Estates team, practising in estate litigation. She advises individuals, executors, beneficiaries and families involved in contested estate matters and is committed to providing clear, practical advice through what are often complex and emotional disputes.
Prior to joining private practice, Imogene worked as Associate to the Honourable Justice Lundberg in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and as Associate to the Director of Public Prosecutions in Victoria. Most recently, she practised as a solicitor at Wotton Kearney in employment law and discrimination.
Drawing on her diverse legal background, Imogene brings strong litigation experience and a thoughtful, client-focused approach to resolving disputes. She works closely with clients to help them understand their legal position and navigate the litigation process with confidence.
Imogene holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and was admitted to practise law in March 2025.
