Lachlan is a commercial lawyer who advises clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on early-stage ventures, intellectual property, and M&A. Since his admission to legal practice, he has worked closely with founders and growth businesses to navigate the legal and strategic challenges of scaling a business.
He supports clients throughout the business lifecycle, particularly in early structuring, capital raising, and commercialisation. His experience includes preparing and negotiating complex transaction documents, advising on corporate restructures, and developing robust IP strategies. Lachlan also draws on a foundation in employment law gained through work at a community legal centre, giving him a nuanced understanding of regulatory compliance.
