Lauren joined Aitken Partners in 2025 as a Law Graduate after completing a double degree in Laws and Commerce (majoring in Finance) at Deakin University. She spent 12 months gaining experience across the firm’s four practice areas before joining the Family Law team. Lauren was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as an Australian Lawyer on 26 May 2026.
During her studies, Lauren completed a trimester at the Deakin Family Law Clinic, where she developed a strong interest in family law. She also gained five years of experience as a legal assistant, primarily in litigation, before commencing the graduate program at Aitken Partners.
Lauren finds great fulfilment in the personal nature of family law, supporting clients through what are often difficult and challenging times. She has a particular interest in complex property matters.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys staying active through regular gym sessions, running and beach walks. She also enjoys travelling, reading, and exploring new cafes and restaurants with friends.
