Priscilla is a graduate lawyer in the firm’s litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency team, with more than a decade of experience working in the legal industry, including in senior operational and legal roles.
Her practice encompasses litigation and dispute resolution, insolvency, and general commercial law. Priscilla has acted for a diverse range of clients, including small and medium enterprises, ASX-listed corporations, insolvency practitioners and government authorities.
She has extensive experience in debt recovery across all Victorian and federal jurisdictions, as well as in interstate matters before the New South Wales and Queensland courts. Priscilla regularly advises on enforcement strategies and recovery proceedings, bringing a practical and commercially focused approach to her matters.
Priscilla offers a unique perspective, having worked across the full spectrum of law firm roles – from receptionist and practice manager to lawyer. This breadth of experience provides her with a strong understanding of the operational and commercial realities facing clients and informs her pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving.
She has a particular interest in matters involving the Personal Property Securities Act, priority disputes, shareholder oppression claims and complex debt recovery matters.
Priscilla has also served as a committee member of Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Victoria since 2022.
Outside of work, Priscilla enjoys reading, exploring new bars and restaurants, hosting dinner parties and spending time with friends.
