Samantha was admitted to practice law in August 2024, after completing her legal studies at the University of Tasmania. She has recently joined Aitken Partners from Kabo Lawyers, where she contributes to the firm’s migration law practice. Samantha is passionate about providing clients with clear, thoughtful advice and guidance.
Prior to joining Aitken Partners, Samantha gained valuable experience as an Associate at the Tasmanian Industrial Commission, where she assisted in industrial relations matters. She also has experience in family law from her time as a personal assistant at a previous law firm. These roles have helped her build a well-rounded understanding of the legal system and the importance of advocacy across different areas of practice.
Samantha is proficient in both Mandarin and Malay at an intermediate level, which enables her to support clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Her multilingual skills contribute to more accessible, inclusive legal services.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys staying active through regular exercise, exploring new cafes, and unwinding with a good movie.
