Tim Graham is a highly experienced property and strata law specialist with over 27 years of legal practice. He has held senior roles across top-tier, national, and boutique law firms, with over 19 years as a partner. Known for his deep expertise and pragmatic approach, Tim is recognised as one of Australia’s foremost strata lawyers and a trusted advisor to clients across the property and real estate sectors.
Tim has led numerous landmark legal matters involving owners corporations, construction disputes, and complex strata governance issues. His clients include strata managers, property developers, real estate professionals, and institutional investors. He is a regular presenter and thought leader in the strata industry, having delivered over 425 seminars to audiences including insurers, banks, legal professionals, and universities.
The Immediate Past President and a Fellow of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers, Tim also holds an Honorary Life Fellowship with Strata Community Association (Vic), where he continues to lead on policy as Vice President and through the Advocacy Committee and Education Committee. He serves on numerous committees, including the Property Law Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Owners Corporation Working Group.
Tim is an honoured recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from the Law Institute of Victoria.
