About you

Minimum 6 years' PQE in Commercial Property related matters

• A desire to be an integral member of a strong and cohesive team who work together
• Passion and experience for Property and Commercial related matters
• Strong attention to detail
• Practical and client focused problem solving and research skills
• Previous exposure to Business Development and a natural ability to build strong client relationships

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer to work in an established Property
practice.

• Providing clients with legal advice on a broad variety of commercial property related files, including Leasing, Development and General Property Work (including Disputes).
  
• You will also have exposure to matters in the Retirement and Aged Care Sector and assist on some compulsory acquisition matters. The role will also provide legal assistance to our experienced conveyancing clerks.
• Conducting effective legal research and analysis to produce timely, commercial and legally accurate advice
• Managing a robust workload, including prioritising work and delivering services effectively
• Developing an understanding of client operations and strategy
• Managing prospective client relationships
• Continual professional development
