Lauraine is a Senior Associate with a very strong background in Migration Law, assisting clients across a wide a range of visas and citizenship matters. Her work spans from straightforward applications such as student and partner visa to complex cases involving visa cancellation, unlawful status and review matters before the Administrative Review Tribunal and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Lauraine also has extensive experience in working with employers/businesses with their migration matters. She is passionate about helping individuals, families and businesses navigate Australia’s migration system with clarity and confidence. Lauraine’s portfolio besides Migration Law includes experience in Family Law, Wills, Probate and Estates.
Outside of her legal work, Lauraine is a youth leader within her Catholic community where she mentors young people and is involved in the Vietnamese community in Victoria through participation and volunteering at cultural events.
