Changes to the Owners Corporation Act: Part 1

1. The addition of sections 23(3A) and 23(3B) which gives Owners Corporations the power to levy fees on lots; and
2. The addition of section 23A which gives Owners Corporations the power to levy fees in relation to insurance.
