The accreditation process is rigorous, requiring candidates to successfully complete specialist assessments and examinations while demonstrating a high standard of professional practice.

As a Principal Lawyer in Aitken Partners' Wills & Estates team based in Melbourne, Susan has practised exclusively in wills, estates and trusts since her admission in 2012. She advises individuals, families, business owners and trustees across estate planning, succession planning, trusts, probate and estate administration.

Susan is particularly recognised for her expertise in complex estate planning, testamentary trusts, business succession planning, asset protection strategies and planning for families with vulnerable beneficiaries, including the establishment of Special Disability Trusts.

Known for her practical and holistic approach, she works closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that protect assets, preserve family wealth and support long-term family objectives.
