Aitken Partners is pleased to announce that the highly regarded Migration Law team from Kabo Lawyers will be joining the Melbourne office from Friday, 17 October 2025.

The Kabo team brings extensive experience across visa applications, migration appeals, citizenship matters and complex immigration issues, further strengthening Aitken Partners’ national offering to individuals and businesses seeking migration and visa services.

The integration of Kabo Lawyers’ migration practice represents another significant milestone in Aitken Partners’ ongoing expansion, following recent growth across its Family Law, Commercial Law and Owners Corporation teams, and with the opening of Aitken Partners Brisbane office.

The Aitken Partners Migration Team will be based at the firm’s Melbourne headquarters under the leadership of Bao Ngo, continuing to service clients nationally and internationally, including individuals, families, and corporate clients seeking skilled migration, sponsorship, or residency pathways.
