Victorian Commercial Tenancy Relief Scheme - Extension Regulations

Commercial Tenancy: 02 February 2022

The Victorian Government has extended the Commercial Tenancy Relief Scheme (CTRS) to 15 March 2022.

The extension covers 16 January 2022 until 15 March 2022. This leaves a narrow window for small businesses adversely affected by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic to utilise the benefits of the Regulations.
