We are pleased to announce the promotion of several team members, effective 1 July, in recognition of their outstanding performance, dedication to clients and valuable contributions to the firm.

The promotions reflect Aitken Partners ongoing commitment to recognising professional excellence and supporting career development across the firm.

Giselle Roman Promoted to Special Counsel

Giselle Roman has been promoted to Special Counsel in recognition of her significant contribution to the Family Law team and her commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Erin Prout Appointed Head of Brisbane

We are also pleased to formally acknowledge our Principal Lawyer Erin Prout has been appointed as Head of Brisbane.

In this leadership role, Erin is responsible for the management and administration of the Brisbane office, while also contributing to recruitment initiatives, marketing activities and the ongoing development of client and referrer relationships throughout Queensland.

In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Erin continues to practise as an experienced litigation lawyer, advising clients on a wide range of commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and director disputes, consumer law claims, franchising matters and debt recovery.
